Mitamers support runs on Discord. It is the fastest channel for setup, delivery and product status questions.

Join via mitamers.com/discord. Announcements, product updates, loader files and support channels all live there.
When opening a ticket
Include your order email, the product you bought and the problem (with a screenshot if possible). This lets us find your order quickly.
Beware of fake support
The Mitamers team never asks for passwords or payment details and never asks you to pay outside mitamers.com. Ignore “support” offers in DMs.
