Your Mitamers orders and keys live in two places: your delivery email and your mitamers.com account. Follow the steps below to find your order.
Where can I see my order?
If you signed in on mitamers.com, your purchases are listed in the orders section of your account page. An order summary and your key are also sent to the email you entered at checkout.
What if my key has not arrived?
Check your spam/junk folder first and make sure you typed your email correctly at checkout. For crypto payments, wait for network confirmation. If it is still missing, message the Mitamers Discord support channel with your order email and payment details.
I lost my key — can I get it again?
Yes. Search your inbox for the delivery email or open the orders on your account page to see your key again. If you cannot find it, support will verify the order with your order email and help.
